Nick Johnson getting closer?

From the category of "I will believe it when I see it", the Marlins are saying that Nick Johnson could rejoin the team fairly soon.

If Nick Johnson (right hamstring) doesn't have any more setbacks, he could be back in the starting lineup for the Sept. 8 series opener against the Mets at Citi Field.

Manager Fredi Gonzalez said Johnson likely will take a two- or three-game rehab assignment with Class A Jupiter next weekend.

It would be nice to get a healthy NJ back, but given his history with injuries, I'm not holding my breath.
