Around SBN: How Not To Criticize Tom Brady For The Patriots' Loss

Nick Johnson still ailing

Nick Johnson is far from good to go.

First baseman Nick Johnson did some light jogging and hit in the cages Thursday, but his tender right hamstring likely will keep him out of this weekend's series in Atlanta.

If Johnson isn't ready by Saturday, manager Fredi Gonzalez said he would be inclined to give him Sunday off.

Apparently getting the new scotch-tape to stick is taking a little longer than planned.  In the meantime, the Marlins continue to be a position player short.
