Favorite Marlins Home Runs

Tom D'Angelo at the Palm Beach Posts list his top home runs in Marlins history:

Top home runs in Marlins history

If you can think of ones left off the list, feel free to chime in.  Personally, I would've included Cody's walk-off homer against the Reds last season.  Sure it doesn't rise to the stature of the playoff home runs, but it sure made me feel good at the time.  But I will say this for Mr. D'Angelo's list, he definitely got number one correct.

So mad..

I went to bed before Gonzalez hit that one in the 12th.

I can't feel my face.

How about..

Miguel Cabrera’s Walkoff HR in the 12th in his ML debut vs. the Rays. Though I’m probably biased because I was there to see it live.

I can't feel my face.

yep yep yep

Just read the list and that’s the one that first sprung to mind as missing. One of those rare moments when high anticipation is actually surpassed by what happens.

And dare I say it, but I would put up Bonerface’s Opening Day inside job too. It’s rare when you can point to an exact moment as the peak of someone’s career.
