Oh, let's face it, the Marlins won, mainly, because Josh Johnson Rules!
The Marlins were down early thanks to some pretty crappy defensive plays by Hermida and Hanley, but fortunately for those two, a close relative was the official scorer. But no problem, Johnson was able to work around it and when his turn to bat in the fourth came up, and the decision to have Bonifacio in the early part of the order meant there were actually men on base for Johnson's home run everything took a turn for the better.
The bullpen held on in the late innings, though, not without some drama and the Marlins won a four-game series from a division leading team. And believe me, that is a good thing.
Maybe the Marlins are once again starting to come into focus.
