Didn't see the game but judging by the box score I was very lucky.  

West, apparently, wasn't real sharp but the Marlins were still within range (1-3) when he left the game.  And then enter Hayden Penn who threw an absolutely stunning .1 inning giving up 4 runs on 0 hits, 2 walks and striking out no one.  While Penn was his own worst enemy, the defense sure didn't do him any favors.

To the Marlins credit they did try to battle back but the deficit was too much to overcome.
