Flotsam and Jetsam

I haven't done a Flotsam and Jetsam in next to forever, but why not today?  In other words, I'm being lazy.

So here it is:

• The Miami Herald has a feel good article about Matt Lindstrom.
  
• The Sun-Sentinel Blog covers the Marlins award dinner.
  
• And finally, some news about the SB Nation.
  

In case you are wondering, and I can't imagine that you are, I wasn't invited to the SB Nation soiree in D.C.  They only invited bloggers from the D.C. area, which makes sense.  The day they hold an advent in the town that I live in, is the day I will be seriously concerned about the health of the organization.
