Marlins in the Rising Stars Game

For those of you who didn't get to see the AFL Rising Stars Game on Saturday, and count me among those in the ranks,  of the two players the Marlins sent to the game, only one made an appearance.

If you will recall, Bryan Peterson and Matt Dominguez were the Marlins representatives.  Peterson got into the game in the fifth as a center field defensive replacement.  He did go 1 for 2 at the plate, hitting a single and stole a base.  Not a bad showing.  Unfortunately for Dominguez he didn't get to see time in the game.
