Ozzie Guillen picking up some extra cash
Former Marlins third base coach, Ozzie Guillen, is slated to be an analysts for Fox Sports.
For the ninth consecutive year, Fox Sports en Espanol is offering live Spanish-language coverage of the MLB postseason. Tune-in to Fox Sports en Espanol for the 2009 World Series, where the defending World Champions Philadelphia Phillies, take on the American League champions, New York Yankees starting on Wednesday, October 28th at 7:30pm ET.
Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen joins Fox Sports en Espanol as a pregame and postgame analyst, providing exclusive Spanish language analysis and content, for the network's coverage of the 2009 Fall Classic.
I heard somewhere he had some success in the World Series besides being the third base coach for the Marlins in 2003. Of course, that could be a rumor.
If you like listening to the games in Spanish, and I do, check it out. Now, I don't understand a single word they are saying since they are saying them too fast for me to comprehend. But there is a great passion in the language and the addition of Ozzie, who holds nothing back, should make it kinda fun.

If Freddy leaves to coach Atlanta next year then I hope we bring back Ozzie to manage.
If the the ChiSox don’t make the playoffs next season, I presume Ozzie will be fired. If this does happen, we better hire him in a heartbeat!
