Florida Marlins adding staff?

At a time when a lot of major league clubs are experiencing layoffs in the front office, the Marlins are looking to add.

The Marlins have not made layoffs and, in fact, are hiring 40 new employees in sales and other departments, Samson said.

Interesting strategy and may end up being a winning one.

It sure beats the heck out of the Heats' strategy of suing their advertisers and fans.  What I want to know is how is it possible to be a premium-seat holder for the Heat and be issued tickets without paying in advance?  Doesn't sound like a solid business model to me.
