Weekend Chum Bucket

It's the Weekend!  Yay!!

In sports there is a bunch stuff going on this weekend, in fact, too numerous to write.  Well actually, I'm too lazy to write about it.  But that aside, you may find something on the T.V. of interest.  What that they may be, I can't say.  Oh, one thing that may be of interest is in men's college basketball where UM is visiting BC today.

It is the normal weekend Chum Bucket so all topics are open for discussion.  So if you have a question or a comment to make about anything, knock yourself out.  And who knows, someone may join in.

But the most important thing is to have, A Great Weekend!

i hate when i come to post something and somebody already beat me. Well, I take claim for being the first to post in these threads!

According to Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes.com, Pedro Martinez is involved in an early form of negotiations with the Florida Marlins.

Rojas says, “The Marlins have spoken with Martinez’s agent.” The parties may meet next week.

hahah

Sorry! Yours is much more informative than mine though. I only saw it by sifting through the CBS blogs. It was a bunch of Mets fans talking about how much they hope he pulls a hammy chasing down a Reyes bunt. That’s a quote too.

I guess Mets fans aren’t as uninformed as I had believed!

Martinez

The Marlins I have watched do not have a Pedro mentality. (attitude). They admit their mistakes, try to learn from others, stand by one another and listen to their coaches.
