Carolina going for the championship

PrintThe Carolina Mudcats are playing for the Southern League title.
The Marlins haven't had one of their minor-league affiliates win a league championship since 2003, when Double A Carolina captured the Southern League title. The Mudcats will try to end the drought when they open a best-of-five series Monday at home against the Mississippi Braves.
