60 seconds with Luis Gonzalez

Joe Capozzi does his usual 60 seconds interview, this time with Luis Gonzalez.

I will highlight the first two questions.

Tell me about your latest charity.

It's my wine charity through the Florida Marlins Community Foundation. It's called Uncork for a Cause (uncorkforacause.com). It's a collector's wine. There's going to be single bottles and three-wine bottle sets with a bat that's stained in wine. They'll be auctioned Sept. 14 at a dinner in Fort Lauderdale.

 

Did you get to taste your wine?

We all drank it. The last time we were in Oakland (in June), we took a trip to Napa on the off-day.
