Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh win again

It took awhile for the Dynamic Duo to find a phone booth, wait, I'm mixing up my comic book heros, or in this case heroines.  Whatever.  As it turns out Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh won again.

Celebrating her 30th birthday with a victory in the Sweet 16 on Friday, Kerri Walsh and partner Misty May-Treanor continued their romp through the Beijing Games, overcoming a first-set stumble to beat Belgium and advance to the quarterfinals of the Olympic beach volleyball medal round.

Despite facing five set points in the first, the Americans still needed just 38 minutes on Friday to dispatch Liesbeth Mouha and Liesbet van Breedam 24-22, 21-10.

That is match win 105 in-a-row and counting.  NBC has to set aside an hour for their matches and the way things are going scramble to fill about 30 minutes of air time.  Something I find mildly amusing.

They will play again at one of these times:

Saturday at 10:00 p.m.

Saturday at 11:00 p.m.

Sunday at 8:00 a.m.

Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

If NBC has any pull and I'm guessing they do, it will probably be on Saturday at 10:00 p.m.

We should know more of at the end of the day in Beijing.

[Update]  The match will be Saturday at 10:00 p.m.
