Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Marlins at Cubs (7/27)

The Marlins are going for the series win today. The Cubs haven't lost three in-a-row at home this season. But all good things must come to an end and so will the Cubs non-loss three in-a-row home streak, eventually. Hopefully, today is eventually.
VandenHurk, historically, pitches very well in the first game after being called up and has trouble in the second game. Vandy is maturing as a pitcher so this streak isn't long for survival and today will be a good day to watch it die. This will probably be the Incredible Hurk's last start during this trip up to the majors since Anibal is expected to rejoin the Marlins soon.
Marquis may be the poster child for lack of run support. In fact, the Cubs have only scored one run in his last four starts while he was on the mound. Now, if this streak wants to persist, I'm all for it. Marquis is mainly a fastball, slider, change up pitcher.
Ichthyomancy is ready for the third day game in-a-row and is worrying that it is getting too much Vitamin D. Best of Luck to You!
