Justin Miller may return soon

Justin Miller is on course to rejoin the team.

The Marlins' bullpen could soon get a boost. Right-hander Justin Miller, out since July 5 with a sore elbow, made a second straight rehab appearance Monday for Class A Jupiter. He pitched one hitless inning, allowing one walk with one strikeout.

If Miller doesn't report any soreness today, he could rejoin the Marlins on Wednesday.

"Him being a reliever we wanted to make sure he could go back-to-back and not have any problems," Marlins manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "It was just some inflammation and it settled down."

If he is good to go and back to normal, he will be welcome addition to the bullpen.

I actually had a whole Walking Wounded Report, but I have misplaced the other ones.  Maybe tomorrow.
