Josh Johnson gets a haircut

Josh Johnson is sporting a new do.

Starter Josh Johnson walked into the Marlins' clubhouse on Friday without his trademark curly hair. Instead, at his manager's request, he had his hair trimmed short.

I really wish the club would quit doing this.  If a pitcher is more comfortable pitching with hair down to his butt, then fine -- just so long as he gets results.  The players aren't GQ models or IBM salesmen, this is baseball.  And in baseball, superstitions about stupid things like hair length matter.
