Around SBN: Despite Relocation Drama, Coyotes Overcome Adversity

Alfredo Amezaga coming around

Alfredo Amezaga still isn't good to go, but he is improving physically.

It's looking more like Alfredo Amezaga will avoid the disabled list. Amezaga was available to pinch hit Thursday after he did some light running in the outfield, his first activity since he left Saturday's game with a tight left groin.

The Marlins have missed Amezaga's defensive versatility.

"With him being not available it's like not having three players. He changes the game a lot," manager Fredi Gonzalez said.

When Alfredo is all healed up Cody will be in center for most of the starts.  Or at least that is my understanding.
