Burke Badenhop's MRI

Good news about Burke Badenhop's MRI.

Right-hander Burke Badenhop on Monday underwent an MRI, which showed no ligament damage. Badenhop was placed on the disabled list Sunday with right shoulder tendinitis

Shoulder tendinitis affects players in different ways, but as long as there is no "structural" damage it is good news.  Whether he returns the Marlins or heads to one of the farm clubs after he recovers is up for grabs and probably depends on how his rehab pitching goes.  But as it stands right now, he is not booking a flight to Birmingham. and that ain't bad.
