Florida Marlins radio broadcast

Tom Jicha asked the question:

Why is it that Marlins radio broadcasts almost never get back to the game before one pitch, sometimes more, has been thrown in the following inning? Commercials are a necessary evil but almost every half-inning break contains at least one team promo or public service message. These should never be allowed to intrude on the game.

I kinda wondered that myself.  I'm not sure the team promos or the public service messages are the culprits, but something ain't right.
