One of the jocks at WQAM is railing on the Marlins .

WQAM's Joe Rose ripped the Marlins this week for ordering the station not to air clips from Marlins games that were on WQAM in past years, before the team moved to 790 The Ticket this season. But the Marlins say it is nothing personal -- they are simply enforcing their rights to clips they own under copyright law.

This can't be a surprise.  When WQAM decided to go all Dolphins all the time, they should've known there would be some blow back.  And anyway, it is in the franchise's best interest to protect their new flagship (790 The Ticket), you know, the station that wanted them.

WQAM made their bed, now they can lie in it.
