Marlins name most of the starting rotation

PrintFredi named the initial first four in the starting rotation.
It will be the quartet of Mark Hendrickson, Rick VandenHurk, Andrew Miller and Scott Olsen with Ricky Nolasco waiting in the bullpen for an April 13 turn.
While there are no surprises, it isn't exactly the starting staff we hoped for during the offseason. But it is, what it is.
