Robert Andino being shopped
The Marlins are shopping their all-time rock, paper, scissors champ, Robert Andino, to the Pirates in hopes of receiving next to nothing.
A low-key trade is in the works that would have the Marlins sending infielder Robert Andino to the Pirates for possibly infielder Brian Bixler. A source familiar with the negotiations say that deal could get done before the Winter Meetings end.
The only good thing about Bixler is he still has options which something Andino doesn't possess. If the Marlins do indeed make the trade, I will go into more detail later. But suffice it to say, they would be giving Andino away for free.

I'm glad
that joe smith and Aaron “marlin killer” heilman are out of the league… but K-Rod and J.J. Putz are a formidable combo… Dare I say moreso?

True, but...
the Mets have to have the lead going into the eighth inning before they are of any use.

True, but...
The Marlins are still looking to add power… or was it speed and defense… or was it trade hermida… or was it move hermida to left… crap, all the different headlines on their website contradict each other… haha
