Dan Uggla hits the last home run in Shea

Sure you already know that Dan Uggla hit the final home run, ever, in Shea Stadium, but that is not the purpose of this post.

The purpose is to add another bit of baseball trivia along with Danny's home run, to potentially be a lucrative outcome for you.

Willie Stargell was the first to hit a home run at Shea Stadium in 1964, and Marlins 2B Dan Uggla will go down as the last.

"It's pretty cool," said Uggla, who connected in the eighth inning off Luis Ayala in Florida's 4-2 win. "What you probably didn't know was this was my first ever homer at Shea. I'm glad to finally hit one before they tore it down."

Should you find yourself  as a contestant  on Jeopardy and the final Jeopardy category is baseball.  And if the answer is: Willie Stargell and Dan Uggla, bet everything you have.  Because now, you know the question.

Consider this a public service message.
