Chum Bucket
I hope everyone had a good weekend. If by chance you didn't, take heart, you get to try again in five days.
This is your Monday Chum Bucket. A place where dreams are told and wonders take place -- Okay, none of that ever happens but it is yours nonetheless. So if anything crosses your mind, have at it.
And if possible, have a Great Monday!

I want to say:
But then, considering these posts about continuing to go after Gonzo, I don't know what the point is in using logic to evaluate the ongoing machinations.

Marlins in GQ
In a mock political poll on p. 70 they came in a close second to the Three Stooges:
11. The following three programs are on TV. Which would you watch?Democratic National Convention... 31%
Three Stooges Marathon... 35%
Florida Marlins at Arizona Diamondbacks... 34%
Next up, the Marlins got a mention in the highlights of 2003 from an article on former The O.C. star Rachel Bilson, p. 103:
Have we already forgotten fall 2003? The number one song in the country was "Hey Ya!" by Outkast. The Florida Marlins shocked the New York Yankees to win the World Series. Howard Dean was cruising toward the Democratic nomination. And on TV, a su-kissed teen soap opera call The O.C. was the biggest, bloggiest thing in the pop culture universe.
Nice to know that more people would watch our boys than the DNC, and that our 2003 WS title is still "shocking."
