Charting the NL East

Here's a little project I did at work today.  If everyone likes it, I'll try to update it every week. edit: updated to July 14th.

Star-divide

The NL East measured by games ahead or behind.  The Marlins are the baseline and always 0.  Measured on the Sunday of each week.

This is definitive proof...
...that we need more varied colors in this division.  Three primarily red teams and two primarily blue (though at least we're a distinctly different blue than the Mets; whereas red is red is red).

I'm working . . .
on a daily one too.  I'm interested to see if the greater resolution will make much of a difference.

Craig, do you know of a baseball api or server that I can just hit online instead of doing this manually through a spreadsheet?
