Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Dodgers at Marlins (5/7)

The Marlins open up a four game set against the Dodgers tonight.

The Marlins starting pitcher is Ricky Nolasco.

The Dodgers will send former Marlins pitcher Brad Penny to the mound.

Nolasco had a good outing in his first start of the year against the Mets. Hopefully, he can continue to build on that.

Penny is 2-0 on the road with an ERA of 1.29. The interesting thing about his performances this season is he is not striking out as many hitters as he has in the past. If this trend continues, the Fish should be able to put the ball into play.

Since FishStripes went down before the game started, Ichthyomancy for today's action is cancelled. It's the only fair thing to do since everyone didn't a chance to enter their selections.
