Flotsam and Jetsam

Since I have completely run out of time, a Flotsam and Jetsam is in order.

Matt Treanor is once again the go to guy when it comes to the ways of being the major leagues.  Just like last year.  If one of the second year players or the rookies has a question, Matt is the guy to ask.

The spring training tradition of pitchers running on the warning track after their outing is dying away.  Kinda sad, if you ask me.  I understand why, but it is still kinda sad.

Cabrera pre-spring training regime didn't include McDonald's this year.  You mean McDonald's serves some food high in fat?  Who would have thunk it.

That is it for the Friday edition of Flotsam and Jetsam.
