Reed the Power Lifter?

This, I would have never guessed.

(Eric) Reed began powerlifting in high school in Monticello, Ark. The heaviest weights he lifted were 430 pounds (squats), 245 pounds (bench) and 550 pounds (dead lift).

I'm not where I was in high school, but I still go heavy on the squats in the offseason," he said. "They really work on your legs, and the overall lifting kind of raises your testosterone level, which can be helpful."

Those are some impressive numbers.  I guess power-lifting is some what like fishing in that you always scored some thing better in the past.  But still, I had no idea the boy could do that.
