Open Thread and Ichthyomancy: Dodgers at Marlins (8/4)

The Marlins won the last series against the team with the best record in the NL.

The series against the Dodgers may not be any easier given they are on a six-game win streak.  The good news is, we will only see Penny sitting in the dugout.

The starting pitcher for the Marlins will be Anibal Sánchez.  The Dodgers have in mind Derek Lowe to counter.

Game time is 7:35 p.m.

Sánchez had a bit of a hiccup in his last outing.  But hopefully that is all behind him now.

Lowe can be good but JRS can't be his favorite venue in which to pitch.  In his career four starts, he has yet to win a game.  Sporting an ERA of 7.84 at the stadium.

Ichthyomancy is front and center.  Don't forget to get your picks in on time.

Here's today's Ichthyomancy pick table:

Oops
...forgot the observation:

Not doing it tonight, but often facing a tough righty I'll pick one of the two primary lefties in the Fish lineup, Jacobs or Hermida.  I've noticed of late when I pick one, the other is quite likely to have a PoG kind of night.  Just a free tip for your future use.
