The Plan Part Deux

In case you missed it and judging by the overnight ratings of the FAU game, you did.  Here is what happens when the hitters work a good pitcher.

Pierre stole second on a close play, and Patterson showed his frustration by flipping his glove into the air.

He drew a rebuke from third base umpire Tim McClelland.

"He saw me flip my glove, and that's how frustrated I am," Patterson said. "I was sick, there wasn't anything going right.

"I shouldn't have done it. He thought I was showing the umpire up."

Yes, perfect, frustration is your friend as long as it is their frustration.

Love the picture
Also, I had no idea that John Kerry had gone into umpiring.

That's it!
That's what looks so familiar about the umpire.  I couldn't figure it out last night.

Well, it was a night game in Washington and I'm pretty sure the Senate wasn't in a late session so it was nice of him to help out.

What browser are you using?

That's really odd
Not even a red x or a broken image? Just blank?

No picture
in the comments at all.  Nothing after the ":"  - not even a blank space.  I'm using firefox.

Yeah
I hotlinked to a pic that I googled for. I can see it no problem in IE. I'll look at it in Firefox tonight.

How weird.

And magically
I have a red X now too. I swear there was an image before. I don't get it.

It was John Kerry (in almost the same profile as last night's umpire) throwing a baseball.

Funny...
I said the same thing Monday afternoon when Livan got that base hit.

I touched nothing
And in the comments I don't think there's any fixing it without deleting it and starting over.

I didn't touch the entry at all. I've seen the picture all day.
