Given the tie in wins I'll give it to the guy with better other stats.  Last night, though, DTrain closed the margin in the all-important ERA Cat.  Carp has been pitching more poorly recently.  The only reason that he doesn't have more losses is that St. Louis gives him more run support.  While I agree that Wins are not a great stat, what makes them bad is that they don't account for run support.  Willis has worse run support, and a much much worse offense in general, yet has MORE wins, not less.  I think that says something.  Part of it is his hitting and fielding, and part of it is getting out of jams very well.  DTrain (by a hair) deserves the Cy Young.
