Jack McKeon drives me insane

I was watching the 7th inning of the Marlins/Cubs game today with glee and a drooly face (A.J. Burnett is on my fantasy team, and I was tasting complete game shutout.) when the insanity of Jack McKeon made me start hitting my head against a wall.

As soon as Burnett gives up the 1st run, is there really any reason to keep him in? You're up by 14 runs, he's lost his shutout, you've just lost Beckett for at least a start (and realistically more), why even chance it? But Jacko left him in, and the hits just kept coming. Soon it's 15-2, and I'm wondering why in the name of God A.J. is still in?

2 men on, Riedling is warm, why does he even get to throw that meatball that got hit out of the park?

I was just wondering if you die hard Marlin fans could explain Jack's insanity, or if it's a commonplace thing that irritates you as much as it did me.

I know I'm not a manager, but when I just lost a pitcher, and I'm up by 14 runs and my 2nd best pitcher (with Beckett down) has already thrown well into the 7th inning, I think I might, just might, pull him.
